You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, you must contact us at shop@scryze.com before sending any items back.
After your request is reviewed, we will provide you with:
- the return address
- a return form
- detailed instructions
Please complete the form and include it in your return shipment to ensure proper processing.
Items sent back without prior contact may be refused.
Condition of returns
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
However, you are responsible for any reduced value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We only cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. You may be required to provide your bank details using the return form.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Damaged or incorrect items
